All stock is subject to availability. Small details
and colours may vary from those shown.  GIFTS.COM.AU is not responsible for
any items that run out or are discontinued while displayed online.

All prices quoted include GST.
Prices are correct at time of purchase but are subject to change without
notice.

Please check your order against the packing list before opening or using

Delivery & Shipping

Online ordering facility is available for delivery within Australia only. 
A flat rate postage and handling fee of $9.95 will be charged per order.
An additional freight charge may apply to some heavy / bulky items.

Items are usually delivered within 3 to 10 working
days,
it may take longer for remote areas.

Buying for a Gift

If you are purchasing as a gift to be delivered to someone else, please
make sure you have provided your own contact email or phone number correctly.
This will allow us to contact you if there is problem with the delivery or
address details - otherwise it will be necessary to contact the recipient - and
possibly ruin the surprise!

Returns & Refunds Policy

Our
aim at Gifts.com.au is to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied at all
times. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the products you have received,
we can organise an exchange or refund for you, so long as the products are
returned to us in its originally, undamaged packaging.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
If an item is damaged or faulty, please notify us
within 7 days of receipt by ringing our
Customer Service line on + 61 2 9698 4586.

available to assist you from Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 5.00pm AEST.

Customer service will issue you with a Return Authorisation (RA) Number.
Include the RA number in the following return address:

(It is advised you that you return your damaged product, using an
insured delivery service ie Registered Post, this will insure your own
protection)

Exchanging an Item
If you want to exchange a product for any other
reason, you must pay for the freight and we must receive the goods back in the
original, unopened packaging within 14 days. Please include a copy of your
order when returning goods.

Refunds:
Gifts.com.au can process a refund by processing a credit to your credit card.
The amount refunded will depend on the reason for the return:

If you have received a damaged
product or the wrong product, we will be happy to refund both the product and
freight charge

-      
If you have changed your mind and
no longer wish to keep  your purchase,
only the product cost can be refunded.
