HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

We have multiple delivery methods which value in price. You can calculate delivery cost using our delivery calculator (available on all product pages).

 

WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?

In most cases, delivery to most Australian towns and cities is next day.  In some cases for small rural towns it may take 2 days. Our checkout works out the delivery time and does not allow you to choose a delivery date outside of that time frame. We have over 98% ETA success with our shipping partners, Startrack and Australia Post. 

We cannot guarantee or guess a time when it will arrive. If time is critical, please schedule it for the day before if possible.

CAN I ORDER IN ADVANCE?

Yes you can, up to 6 weeks in advance.

 

CAN I GET A BULK DISCOUNT?

Absolutely! Numerous customers place large orders during the Christmas season or for special events. To discuss your specific requirements, please reach out to our headquarters at [email protected]. Additionally, we offer a convenient bulk order form for Christmas purchases, allowing you to place your order online and upload addresses and card messages using an XLS file.

When you place an order, you will be automatically sent a tracking number via email. You will also be notified of certain delivery milestones.

Our Couriers are either Startrack, Australia Post or Go People.
